At joyinme.co you can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of dispatch. To make a return, please fill in return form, and then send back the carefully packed package together with the receipt and the return form. The package should be sent to Joy in me s.c., 18 Karłowicza St., 02-552 Warsaw, by a courier or the Polish Post Office.
The possibility of return within 14 days also applies to unused gift cards. In order to return the card, you need to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org withdrawing from the agreement.
Refunds take up to 14 days and the form of refund depends on the method of payment chosen when placing the order:
> payment by Pay Pal - refund to Pay Pal account
> credit card payment via Pay Pal - money back to your credit card account via Pay Pal
> payment by credit card via Przelewy24 - reimbursement via Przelewy24 to the credit card account
> payment via Przelewy24 - the amount will be transferred via Przelewy24
Articles purchased on our website cannot be exchanged. You can return the articles and then make a new purchase on our website.
To make a complaint, please fill in complaint form. Complaints should be addressed to Joy in me s.c., 18 Karłowicza St., 02-552 Warsaw together with the receipt of purchase. The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days from the date of delivery.
