Yoga and meditation bolster from a limited collection Ilios. Crafted from handloom woven fabric patterned with a characteristic geometric motif. Made in blue and neutral, the colors corresponding to Greece’s landscape with its blue water and whitewashed buildings reflecting the dazzling light.

Yoga and meditation bolster is a great tool for restorative yoga practice, meditation or practicing more difficult yoga postures. Also wonderful as gentle, comforting weight on your stomach, ankles or hands during Savasana pose.

Dimensions: diameter 21.5 cm, length 59 cm

Filled with buckwheat husks, which fit and conform to the body, the hulls will not break down with use, they work more effectively over time instead. Provides optimal support for the spine and great isolation from cool ground. The height can be easily adjusted by adding or removing buckwheat husks as the inner layer has a zipper. A built-in side handle makes the bolster easy to carry and move around. The bolster cover has an invisible zip fastening, easy to remove and wash.

The bolster cover is crafted from handloom woven fabric. Weaving irregularities are a pleasing characteristic of handloom woven items and should not be considered a fault.

Care Instructions
Unzip cotton cover and wash at or below 30°C - hand wash or gentle cycle.
