Gua Sha is ideal for the face and neck massage. Can be refrigerated to extend the coolness. Massage for 3 to 5 minutes daily, targeting specific areas as follows. Start with a clean face and prepare skin with your favorite skin care facial oil to add a nice glide for a tool. Keep the tool flat against the face. Use the side of the stone that curves best with the part of the face you’re working on.
Care Instructions
Keeping a Gua Sha tool clean is important. Simply wash it with mild soap and warm water after every use and then pat dry.
Note
Facial Gua Sha massaging tool should be used with light pressure on the face to prevent bruising on the face. It should not be performed over broken skin, broken veins, moles, cuts, bruises, severe acne or rosacea. At no point should treatment feel painful. Always start gently, observing the reaction on your skin and proceed with caution.
