From the first practice you can notice small changes in your life. Yoga awakes a feeling that is laid dormant in yourself - a feeling of being in sync with yourself rather than pushing yourself all the time. To find the balance in each yoga pose is an ongoing tradeoff between concentrating on the pose and letting go of the mind; letting your body do the work.
Every next day, month, year of your practice you see the difference. These changes are very, very subtle, but they’re slowly accumulating. You will become less stressed. Less anxious. You imply start being and living in the moment.
