It’s time to swap your morning coffee for a dose of Ayurvedic-inspired golden latte!
Why? Because it’s delicious and extremely healthy.
It’s main ingredient Turmeric is used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat inflammation - both inside and out.
Vegan Tumeric Latte:
1 cup unsweetend almond milk
1/2 tablespoon tumeric powder (if you have fresh 1 tablespoon grated tumeric)
2 medjool dates (soaked blends better) - or 2 teaspoons agawa syrup or 2 teaspoons of honey
pinch of cinnamon and ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon vanilla)
optionally you can add 2 teaspoons unrefined virgin coconut oil
When adding dates blend in blender for a few minutes and then warm it up.
Garnish with cinnamon!
